The “Ruby Slipper” title evolved from SASI’s mission of helping seniors stay in their home by providing excellent, affordable care for seniors and the organization’s belief, much like Dorothy’s in the Wizard of Oz, that there’s “no place like home.” 2015 marks SASI’s 40th year of providing services for seniors. As part of the evening’s program, along with cocktails, dinner and a fundraising auction, Lucinda Franks will be interviewed by Helen Gagel.
